DEPOSITS/PAYMENTS

A deposit is required before accepting a booking request. Deposit prices may vary depending on the service booked. All deposits are non refundable once received. Half of the remaining balance is due 3 months after deposits is paid. Full payment is due 1 month before wedding date.

LATE/CANCELATION POLICY

Please cancel 48 hours pior to appointment. You will be able to reschedule for another day. If you cancel within the 48 hours and would like to reschedule, you will have to pay another deposit to book. All deposits are non-refundable unless I the owner cancel the shoot, party or event. If you are late to your shoot the time will be subtracted from the scheduled time! If you go over your time it is an additional $25 per 15mins. If you are 15 minutes or more late then you would need to reshedule and pay deposit again.

Music choice

We at LaBarre Images take special interest at making sure that our videos are represented in a tasteful manner. Therefore, we only use music with no profanity in our videos. Client must read and agree to policy or contract before booking.
